Cantisens Cantilever Arrays - Dynamic Operation Mode (AC)

Dynamic Mode Cantilever Arrays are designed for the detection of small changes in mass load resulting from adsorption or desorption of molecules. Dynamic mode arrays provides cantilevers with different lengths and resonance frequencies. This allows the distinction of the individual cantilevers during measurements and minimizes mechanical crosstalk. Resonance frequency steps between cantilevers are 40 kHz.


Type CLA-500-070-08V

  • Eight P-doped Si levers per array
  • Nominal thickness 7μm
  • Eight different lengths (longest cantilever length 500μm)
  • Resonance frequency steps between cantilevers 57±8 kHz
  • Available with plain silicon surface (native oxide) or with a 2 nm Ti / 20 nm gold coating on one side

Type CLA-500-070-04V2

  • Nominal thickness 7μm
  • Four cantilever pairs with different lengths (longest cantilever length 500μm)
  • Resonance frequency steps between cantilevers 57±8 kHz
  • Available with plain silicon surface (native oxide) or with a 2 nm Ti / 20 nm gold coating on one side
